Dr. Benjamin Rush of philadelphia looked down at the manuscript in his hands. A line referring to King George as "The royal brute of great britain." Thomas Paine was asked to write an essay urging the colonist to declare their independense from Great Britain. These colonist would soon listen to this essay and declare there freedom. This is stated in Constitution and this is one of the main pionts that help the 13 colonies come together and win their independence form Britain. "That they are endowed by their cretor with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life,Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness." It then goes on to present a long list of grievances that provided the grounds for rebellion. The Constitution is still one of the most important documents in our American history, and we hold it proud knowing that in 1775. We weren't just handed freedom, we had to fight for it with honor and dignity. On August 2, the Declaration was signed. Followed by a brutal winter at Vally Forge, and also the Patriots triumphs which lead to the sighning of a tready of Paris, which gave us our independence form Britain. No other country besides America has ever won its independence from Britain.
This whole motion really started in May, during the month Virgina assembly suggested a declaration of independence to come united as one and free from Great Britain. June 11th the Declaration of Independence was undergoing its initiation. The draft was officially fitted on June 28th. On July 2nd it was adopted to the United States undergoing republic. July 4th it was officially adopted to congress. In early Augest it was signed.

The Declaration was written, adopted, and signed in philidelphia, thats right the continental congress was held in the city of brotherly love. common sense was also publised in philidelphia, a major factor that could of persuaded any american. Most likely it did, it did.
Our declaration was written to break from our holders wrath and escape our in justice. Great Britain has raised our taxation to a unhealthy rate, also they even have the will to ban trade amoung one of its most profitable sources.starting with small conflict unneccisary, boycotts, riots, and even the thought of war. America can't be stopped its a growing super power through all civilation we escape and grow. You can't take what to become in your hand, no man has the power same goes with the king. no man has the rights greater than another.
This document was really watching as events fell through to history and our America was born, from taxation to signing you could say. This was needed this is how it came to play, America needed something, they did what they had to. Delagates took the bull by the horns and knew what was right, taking the danger to do it without the individuals of America which made America. on July 4th the most important event in the history of America came with the writting and signing.
